Have an active user management policy
As an admin, Task Analytics allows you to grant access to and manage users in Task Analytics. Maintain an active user management policy and only allow users with sufficient rights, an active role in your organization and/or Third Parties with a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Keep your details accurate
Task Analytics may occasionally send important notices to the email address registered with your account. Please keep your email address, and where applicable, your contact details current and accurate.
Keep our password secure
If you have been issued an account by Task Analytics in connection with your use of the Services, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access that account. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you should notify [link to contact] Task Analytics immediately.
Back-up your data securely
You can backup data from Task Analytics. If you choose to do so, please make sure you store backups according to GDPR guidelines.
