Set up reports for your organization dashboard
When you start out using Task Analytics you will find an empty section called Reports on your organizations dashboard. You can use this area to aggregate combinations of data that are of particular interest to your organization.
You don't have any Reports yet Reports can be of different types, but at the moment you are limited to Saved presets. Defining reports is as simple as opening the task(s) of interest, setting up some filters to extract data that is of interest, and finally, saving it as a new preset.
Define a custom report that fits your needs Once you have saved the preset, you will find it as a report on the dashboard, looking like this:
Access your custom Reports via the dashboard You can define as many reports as you like. The reports also work as a shortcut to accessing that data. Clicking on the report will take you directly to that preset, where you can continue to explore that data set.
