Cookie control: Set the collection rate
You can define the collection rate of your survey. With the “Collection rate (0-100)” input field, you can set the percentage of visitors on your website that is going to see the survey invitation.
Where can I set the collection rate
To set the collection rate:
- Select your survey
- Select “Setup” in the menu
- Select “Settings” in the sub-menu on the right side of the screen
- Scroll down until you see “Domain settings”
How does the collection rate work
The collection rate can be set from 0% to 100%. The percentage defines the number of visitors on your website that will see the invitation pop-up. There’s no selection procedure: visitors get randomly chosen to see the pop-up or not.

Every 1 out of 2 visitors on your website will see the invitation pop-up - 100% collection rate
Every visitor on your website will see the invitation pop-up - 1% collection rate
Online 1 out of 100 visitors on your website will see the invitation pop-up
